Global Wellness Festival

Slide background

235 Queens Quay W, Toronto, ON M5J 2G8, Canada

Harbourfront Centre

Humanness is about well being and being well. Since the dawn of time, we have formed communities because of our inherent need to belong. Our communities foster an environment which inspires and motivates us. However, in essence we are part of one global family where we are connected in the basic need for being well. The Global Wellness Festival celebrates Humanness through activities that empower the body, mind, and spirit.

The festival offers concerts, dances, an art gallery and features activities such as The Global Wellness Run and Yoga Sessions, which cultivate wellness. The Superhero Dance aims to inspire young minds to nurture heroic traits of everyday heroes. Come prepared to participate in the fun!
